This Automatic Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is REALLY a great item to have! Small, compact, and easy-to-use. Very portable! Comes in a small plastic case for on-the-go usage. Low noise, so you can use it almost anywhere. Put cuff around your wrist, be sure to have the monitor on the underside of wrist. And rest your arm on the table at heart level. Monitor is lightweight, and really comfortable. It doesn't squeeze your wrist like the larger models. Large LED screen for easy readout. Batteries are included. The battery case, however, was really difficult to open which may not be good for some.
