There's a removable over-sized infuser basket that holds your fruit combinations, so no mushy fruit remains floating around in your water. You can add any fruit or fruit combination you want, then just add water or seltzer. I love infusing with strawberries and lemons. I suggest slicing your fruit. It says let the water infuse for at least an hour up to overnight in the refrigerator. I strongly suggest let it infuse overnight for optimal flavor! When ready, shake, and drink. Great alternative to those sugary flavored waters. Sometimes I pull the old fruit out and throw fresh slices into the basket, throw into my gym bag and go. It will last me through my entire workout. And if you are a walker, I suggest this bottle, too. It is just the right size to carry, with non-slip rubber on one side, and is made of durable, break-resistant TRITAN, so it will not break or crack if you drop it.
