SLEEPERZZZ SLEEPING AID

I am not big on taking pills of any kind. Especially sleeping pills! But I just can't ever seem to fall asleep until hours and hours of laying there. I have tried sleeping pills before and I did not like them because they would leave me with a headache and a feeling of being drugged in the mornings. But I was given a chance to try SleepZZZ, so I decided to go for it. It states right on the bottle "for relief of occasional sleeplessness", so I just use when I absolutely need to fall asleep. SleepZZZ is natural and drug-free, which I really like. I can't say that I fall right to sleep, but it does ease my busy mind to a more relaxed state where I can fall asleep easier. No matter if I sleep 2 hours or 4, I wake up feeling refreshed, as if I did get some good rest. I have no headache or lingering effect, which is wonderful! And I am able to function in the mornings.
