MASSAGE BALLS

I would of never thought, but massage balls are WONDERFUL! They REALLY relieve the tension in your back! Just place the ball and roll it around. It just hits the right spots! It's AMAZING! So much better than a hand massage. You can still adjust the pressure by the pressure you apply down on the ball. And I love to massage my feet with them. Just place your foot on top of the ball and roll it around. It really works wonders with plantar fasciitis!! My feet feel so much better after using this. The ball is portable, too, right to the office. But now my husband and I need to work on some even exchanging of massages. I received this product free for my review, but my opinions are my own.
